Mr. Nobody Special's law of gravity, (possibly over simplified)

The basic premise is essentially the same as the Bernoulli's Principle. The speed of movement of the electron shell compared to the lack of motion of the nucleus (relativistically) creates low pressure area in the vicinity of the electron shell and a high pressure area at the core. The low pressure area in turn draws other atoms towards it.

You ain't got a scientific principle down proper unless it can be written down on a single piece of paper with one color crayon.
